Additional role to support a national service team
About Us
Melitta Coffee Professional Solutions is a specialist for professional preparation of hot beverages. Our core business is the development, production and worldwide distribution of professional fully automatic coffee machines and filter coffee machines under the brand Melitta®, as well as technical customer service.
This position will be responsible for:
- Monitoring service calls and ensuring prompt management
- Providing Superior customer service
- Service enquires from customers
- Coordinating customer projects & installations
- Scheduling planned and reactive maintenance visits
- Supporting field service technicians and partners
- Job reporting and follow up
Requirements for Success
- 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
- Exceptional customer service & sales skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Adaptable to ever changing situations
- Advanced computer skills
Previous experience with SAP R/3 shall be highly regarded however not essential.
