About us:

Our Motoring and Mobility division has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer focused individual to join as a Member Relations Consultant.

Reporting to the Member Relations Team Leader, your new role requires you to use existing systems and processes to ensure Member feedback is acknowledged, investigated and responded to within agreed timeframes and KPIs set. You will be relied upon to manage and resolve member complaints and feedback regarding member service standards in relation to insurance, emergency roadside assistance, emergency home assist, finance and tourism and ticketing products and services.

About you:

Your communication skills will come into play when you’re required to liaise with key stakeholders and service providers regarding member -feedback in order to protect the interest of the member and provide a resolution. Your natural eye for detail will assist you in identifying any system and/or product enhancements and referring them to the relevant team for review.

Your professionalism will serve you to prepare accurate and comprehensive file notes, letters and other relevant correspondence ensuring they meet RACV standards, business rules and guidelines.

You are passionate about your career and have high personal initiative and enthusiasm. You thrive in an open environment where collaboration is more than encouraged. You’re used to being part of a team but are able to thrive on your own and take initiative.

You communicate clearly, embrace accountability, are well organised, and make sure that above all else, the job gets done.

Ideally you will have demonstrated experience in an insurance related field, Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), ASIC RG164 Tier 2 FSR Compliance Training, sound knowledge of RACV products and services, be familiar with dispute resolution processes and be accustomed with OH&S Principals and Practices.
