Inbound Account Manager from the medical field required for full time, permanent opportunity - Chester Hill

Your new company
a growing business who specialise in pharmaceutical products and medical devices - their customer service team are forever growing and now seeking a full time, permanent Customer Service / Account Manager to join them at their Chester Hill offices. Currently, there are 150+ people who work within the company, with plenty of career advancement up to head of department available or into other divisions of the business.


Your new role will see you:

  • Handling inbound & outbound calls from customers and stakeholders
  • Handling quotations and invoices
  • Chasing, tracking and checking status of orders and deliveries
  • Liaise across internal stakeholders to get information on product stock and information
  • Handle any email enquiries, within a quick response time
  • Utilise medical knowledge to advise customers in need
  • Daily use of the ERP System and Excel

    What you'll need to succeed:
    - 2-3 years in a high volume customer service / account management style position
  • Exposure or experience within the medicines/pharmaceutical/medical device or FMCG industry
  • Clear, concise communication skills, verbally and written
  • Ability to pick up new systems and lingo with ease
  • Work collaboratively as part of a same team of 7
  • Be confident in handling customer complaints, escalations and warranty policies alongside the companies procedures
  • 100% accuracy in data entry and administration

    What you'll get in return
    In return you will work with a great, small knit team who celebrate and 'team bond' on a monthly basis. You will gain a full time, permanent position working at the Chester Hill office. There is free onsite parking available and the candidate can expect a salary of between $55k-$65k+ Super, dependant on experience and interview performance.
