Your new role

• You will join an their Sales Development team
• Interact with small, medium and large Not For Profit clients to assist them through the troubleshooting issues, education, informing and collaborating with them
• Participate in sales and marketing campaigns to support the promotion of this organisations products to existing customers and prospects
• The role involves Sales and Customer Relationship Management and would suit a dynamic individual looking to broaden their skill set and take the next step in their career

What you'll need to succeed

• 1-2 years’ experience in a phone based sales/ customer services environment (inbound or outbound).
• You should consider yourself hands-on and practical in your approach and be known for your ability to execute in an unstructured and fast paced environment.
• A Passion for the Not For Profit Sector
• You will be a team player who has no problem assisting others when needed and adding to the collaborative working environment of the business.
