We are calling for experienced customer service operators with inbound and outbound contact centre experience to join their busy teams. Not for the faint-hearted, the demand for outcomes is on and requires individuals with high levels of initiative and motivation.
With clients in the Western Suburbs, Sth Eastern suburbs and CBD, we can offer you the opportunity to work close to home with some of Australia’s leading organisations in short to medium term assignments.
You will be well versed in interpreting customer needs, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to ensure that customer satisfaction remains at a premium.
Your daily activity will be based around inbound and outbound calls, administration tasks and most of all follow up to ensure that KPI’s are meet.
