About the role
The role of Customer Care Specialist is to provide excellent customer service to all clients and stakeholders to further the success and growth of Ultraceuticals. The Customer Care Specialist will also provide administrative support for order processing and advice for accounts.
This is a Full Time role based at the Ultraceuticals offices in Gladesville.
Duties & responsibilities
- Support Sales teams through prompt customer care administrative support and follow up.
- Ensures customer care service levels are met and manages general customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Follows Customer Care processes to respond to client queries or action requests/ orders.
- Ensures all types of orders are submitted and placed within agreed order deadlines.
- Checks daily package status report and updates customers accordingly.
- Executes all administration activities as directed.
Skills & experience
- Experience in Customer Service or Call Centre environment.
- Excellent organisational, accuracy and time management skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
