Due to continued growth, Datacom are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our new team in Adelaide. As the QA Specialist you will be responsible for the delivery of quality monitoring and framework in addition to coaching and supporting the operation to ensure service levels are met. 

About the Role: 
  • Quality Call Monitoring 
  • Deliver process improvement initiatives with the aim of improving business outcomes
  • Providing support for CSRs and leadership team to ensure compliance to the Quality Framework 
  • Assist with roll-out of training as required
  • Liaise with the client and stakeholders to ensure calibration of the support team
  • Analyse data to identify trends and present back to key stakeholders
  • Lead department meetings with stakeholders to address performance and improvement
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
About You:
  • Experience working within a Contact Centre environment
  • Experience in Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge of organising and running focus sessions
  • Knowledge of Quality Framework, Contact Centre operations, and Performance improvement strategies
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to delivery Training/Coaching
  • Proficient time management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence peers
  • Australian Citizenship and ability to pass a criminal history check
