Our client is a recent start-up within the utility connections space who have gone from strength to strength in recent years. You'll be expected to step into the role already knowing what to do - don't expect to be micro-managed. This company offer on-the-job training and support as part of an inclusive and caring culture, but ultimately it's up to you to make sales, smash targets and earn plenty of commission! Duties of the role involve:

• Making outbound calls from warm leads to arrange utility connections
• Receiving inbound calls from customers
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and answering any customer questions thoroughly
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Providing a quality customer experience

• Previous telesales experience in the utility connections, energy or telco spaces
• The ability to thrive working in a team AND working independently
• Top-notch communication skills and a persuasive phone manner
• The resilience and tenacity to make and receive a high number of calls
• Availability to work full-time Monday-Friday plus the odd Saturday (which will be paid at time and a half!)
