Are you a successful Client Liasion officer who has a strength for problem-solving, being emphatic and overcoming challenges? Our client, a global investment bank, is currently looking for a motivated Disputes/Resolutions Officer based in Sydney CBD. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain valuable experience within a leading global investment bank and really excel your key strengths and demonstrate your passion for client services.
We are looking for candidates from a financial services background who can successfully demonstrate strong experience and knowledge of working in internal or external resolutions and disputes (IDR/EDR). Using your empathy, negotiation and of course client service skills, you will be able to enhanced performance and higher levels of service across the division. This is a perm position based in the heart of the CBD and interviews will be taking place asap.
About the role
- Multi-tasking across the Client Liason team
- Managing IDR (internal dispute resolutions) complaints in an effective and timely manner
- Providing information and resolutions to clients/advisors
- Ensuring SLA's are met
- Communicating with the larger team and internal stakeholders to ensure complaints are resolved
- Providing exceptional communication through to external dispute bodies
About you
- A passion for problem-solving and client service
- High levels of empathy and interpersonal skills
- Strong and recent experience with either IDR or EDR is essential
- Previous experience within financial services is highly desirable
- Knowledge of compliance and financial products
- Exposure to escalations and complaint handling and ability to be highly resistant
- Ability to action cases effectively
- Attention to detail and the ability to overcome obstacles
