We are seeking a passionate, energetic, self-driven Customer Service / Support Professional looking to further themselves in a stable, rewarding position. With both full-time and casual positions available this is your chance to feel empowered by work for a growing, world-class organisation who not only care about their customers but their staff equally.  

Responsibilities:

• Developing & maintaining long-term relationships with supporters
• Managing the day to day administration duties both efficiency & accuracy
• Implementing first call resolution to ensure an excellent standard of service & a high level of donor satisfaction
• Identifying sale opportunities
• Liaising with internal stakeholders 

Requirments:

• Adaptable, confident, logical & quick thinking
• Experience in over the phone resolution, sales and customer service
• High attention to detail with advanced written & verbal communication skills
• A positive, can do attitude and strong work ethic 
• The ability to liaise with a broad range of donors & internal stakeholders
• Time management skills & the ability to prioritise tasks
