Freedom Insurance’s objective is to provide customers with convenient access to affordable life insurance protection and is part of the Freedom Insurance Group.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a driven Customer Service Agent to support our growing team and contribute to the growing success of a thriving company. This is a key role which will see you take part in a successful, social and dynamic team based in the heart of the CBD.

Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Achieve KPIs and Targets in line with group forecasts
  • Work as part of a results driven team to enhance the servicing of the existing client base
  • Inbound contact centre role adhering to clients servicing needs as well as preparing client correspondence
  • Assist customers who have indicated they wish to cancel their policy
  • Work with the Customer Service Team Leader and Customer Service Manager to meet agreed individual and team targets
  • Attend regular coaching, follow scripting and training for skills development to ensure High productivity and success rates
  • Maintain Best practice and compliance with Life Insurance Code of Practice
  • Perform the duties assigned to you from time to time to the best of your abilities
  • Understand key metrics and triggers required to ensure sustainable Service Excellence
To be Successful in this role, you will require the following:
  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written with Strong attention to detail
  • Service experience and the ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of a policy/product/service
  • Display courtesy, understanding and empathy on client related calls
  • The ability to multitask updating information and generating correspondence for customers
  • Resilience, confidence, positive attitude, pro-active and highly motivated approach to work
  • Thorough understanding of contact centre metrics and associated KPI’s
  • Must be an Australian Resident with full working rights
