The Role
Assist work force planning by producing forecasts and statistical reports of Call Centre data. You will analyse and interpret findings to measure business performance and make recommendations for system and process improvements.
You will also assist in overseeing a small team of Customer Service Assistants, ensuring the team achieve targets in accordance with the existing processes and procedures.

The Person
Your previous Call Centre Team Leader/Analysis experience, advanced Excel skills and Workforce Management experience will be highly regarded! Experience with the improvement and streamlining of business processes and problem solving skills will be valued and important for your success in this role. Great communication and leadership skills are key.
