About the opportunity:

We have a requirement for a Customer Service Candidate Resourcer within our Operations Team. This will involve working with an established team of consultants to source and interview candidates, engage with and manage the candidate relationship, provide the consultants with suitable candidates for available positions and assist the team in providing our clients with the best talent on the market.

Role responsibilities:

  • Managing candidate applications and responses
  • Managing interview confirmations, internally and externally
  • Write and post job adverts and screen responses
  • Conduct phone and face to face interviews with candidates
  • Provide consultative support for candidates throughout their journey
  • Day to day administration tasks of the recruitment desk

About you:

You will be a proficient communicator who is not afraid of picking up the phone, attracting talent and building relationships. Your ability to be flexible and work collaboratively will help drive results for your team and will contribute to your success.

Experience and attributes:

  • Degree educated
  • Self-motivated and naturally curious
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Previous sales, phone or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent time management with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Great verbal and written communication
