The Job
During this contract you will be reporting through to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- High volume outbound calls to customers
- Building new relationships in the market
- Providing service explanations
- Meet and exceed KPI's and targets
You
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a call center environment
- Experience working in a team is beneficial
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
