Konekt is the largest private sector Provider of Occupational Health and Risk Management services in Australia.  Operating in a highly competitive industry, Konekt provides innovative products and services to meet the needs of Insurer and Employer clients in a range of industries.  The opportunity now exists for an experienced Client Service Coordinator to join our Adelaide team.

The Role:
As a Client Services Coordinator you will let your exceptional support and service to our clients and internal staff shine through with duties including managing incoming and outgoing calls,data entry utilising our IT system Konektiva. You will also coordinate the booking of pre-employment assessments, and will be involved in the reviewing and sending of pre-employment assessment results as well as ad hoc duties as required. This role requires you to work a rotating roster covering hours of 8am – 7.30pm Monday to Friday. 

The Ideal Candidate:
You will have a strong background in administration and customer service, great time management and organisational skills and be able to manage multiple priorities at once.  You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, complemented by demonstrated computer proficiency (in particular MS Excel).  Your can-do attitude, bright personality and friendly professional manner will see you succeed in this role.  We are looking for that candidate who likes a fast paced, challenging and varied role suitable for a team player who does not mind change as no two days look the same!
