'Service Concierge and Administration'
To help us grow and develop our Service Excellence at Sunbury Ford we need a person with a bright bubbly warm personality who truly understands the fundamentals of 'hospitality' - someone who has a great understanding of good manners and etiquette, a person who has amazing social skills and the ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable.
We want our customers to be welcomed on arrival and then treated with the utmost care and respect. Our new 'Service Concierge ' will anticipate their every need and understand the importance of timely and concise communication. Communication among the Service Department team and our customers forms a major part of this role. Knowing what information is needed and the timeliness of delivery to our customers is the key.
We have hundreds of phone enquiries every week. Managing appointments, communicating vital information, understanding customer needs and working closely with the Service Department team are at the heart of this role.
Therefore we are searching for a bright, happy people loving person who has outstanding communication skills, can juggle multiple tasks, loves a challenge and is excited about joining a family owned and operated business that is striving for excellence in all that they do.
The position is full time and the salary will be commensurate with the skill and experience brought to the role. Previous experience of working at a dealership is preferable, but not essential.
