Prestige global brand requires an experienced Outbound Sales / Retention Consultant to join their expanding team!

This Customer Relations Executive role is responsible for building dealership retention through customer contact which occurs throughout the vehicle ownership lifecycle.

The Customer Relations Executive role requires the following;

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High Level of ability to build rapport and establish trust with internal and external customers
• Competence to handle complaints and challenging customer issues
• Honesty, confidentiality and trustworthiness
• Resourceful, flexible and proactive approach
• Well developed problem solving, decision making and analytical abilities
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Possesses a strong work ethic and team player mentality
• Warm and professional telephone manner
• Manage large amounts of Outbound / Inbound calls in a timely manner
• A passion for customer service and deep commitment to satisfying customers needs
• Enthusiastic attitude and adaptable team player mentality
• High levels of personal organisation, moitivation and results focused
• Ability to work towards and exceed KPI’s and targets

You must have previous outbound Call Centre experience, ideally within a Retail environment. You must thrive in a fast paced, pressurised environment and enjoy a role with high volume workloads.
