It’s exciting times here at Red Energy – our merge with Lumo Energy means that we are now a company with over 1000 employees, in a brand new purpose built office in the heart of East Richmond.  We first entered the energy market in 2004 - we wanted to provide something different, to shake things up and we've certainly been doing that for over a decade!

Due to this continued organisational growth, we have permanent full time opportunities available for Customer Assist Specialists to work across our Billing Solutions Team.

You will be able to spot patterns in the way problems occur and show initiative in improving the way information is provided.  You will be able to demonstrate adaptability in the way you manage your time and your attention to detail will be particularly important when dealing with high volumes of data.  Of course you will have an excellent customer focus and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Your robust problem solving skills and your innate ability to navigate around various systems and processes will see you succeed in this role.
