Skills / Experience
Experience with inbound and outbound call centre experience and with some experience with a technical support nature.
Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience, working in an Inbound Contact Centre environment.
Previous experience working in a Banking or Insurance Call Centre environment is essential.
Experience in providing professional customer services through high volume of calls.
Strong ability to pick up new computer systems quickly.
Experience using a CRM system is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
