An FS giant are looking for a Change Analyst to assist with the Advice growth area on a 6 month contract

Your new company
A Financial Services business who are going through major Change and Growth are looking for Change Analyst assist with this busy period of change to offer end to end support to the program.

Your new role
Reporting to the Change Manager, as Change Analysts you will be responsible for coordinating project and program tasks including administration, training support, logistics and scheduling, communications preparation, publishing and distribution and change management templates, plans and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Complete components of the change management methodology documentation as directed by the Change Manager to identify change impacts, training needs analysis, stakeholder identification and engagement, transition requirements, general implementation and support activities
• Assist the Change Management Lead in business engagement activities, including development and maintenance of Working Group documentation
• Provide support as necessary to the change management team, and or programme team related to the Change Management deliverables - Reports, presentations, meeting materials as requested, communications development etc, prep. Training Materials, prep of logistics related to Change Management rollout.
