Our client is a well-established multi-franchised group located in Ballarat. They represent a number of well-respected brands and employ a large workforce of dedicated, passionate people. To continue this success they now seek an experienced Business Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Dealer Principal this role is responsible for the dealership network ensuring ethical, moral and legal standards. With the changes taking place in dealership finance the successful candidate will be able to implement short and long term policies and processes in accordance with the financier, dealership and manufacture(s) requirements.

The successful candidate will have senior Business Management experience in a dealership environment. You will have a strong business acumen with excellent communication both written and verbal. You will demonstrate the ability to forecast, budget, identify trends and ultimately steer the direction for the F&I department. Further to this you will be IT savvy and with ability to adapt to new financier platforms.

A remuneration package will be negotiated on experience. The client will be only identified to suitable candidates at an appropriate stage in the interview process.
