The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a high performing, sales savvy and customer-centric professional. You will manage the retention of finance customers through both inbound and outbound calls actively managing your portfolio to provide exceptional service to our clients and generate both finance and car sales leads across our internal business units.
Your outstanding customer service skills will place you in the perfect position to build and maintain strong customer relations to ensure customers current needs are met and create future sales opportunities.
Skills and Experience
- Proven sales experience preferably in financial services is a must
- Create excitement and passion around our products by understanding the customer needs and assisting them to find a solution that is right for them
- Outcome focused and achievement driven
- Excellent communication skills along with professional friendly phone manner
- Exceptional influencing skills and a drive to deliver results aligned to KPI's and customer objectives
- Passion for excellence and dedication to customer service
