Within a Global Bank, sits the Custody Business providing reliable solutions to Institutional Investors, Banks, Insurers, Governments and Multinational Corporations.  This firm offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing and corporate trust and loan agency services to their clients.
 
This role will provide transfer agency support for the client’s Managed Funds services with a focus on ensuring that quality, compliance and client service standards are met. You will also work alongside, and provide assistance to, the legal department, compliance department, fund managers and investors.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:  

• Answering client enquiries, resolving issues and referring escalated issues
• Preparing of periodic quality reports for management and clients
• Opening/sorting of mail and scanning of documents
• Preparing of cash payment instructions
• Ensuring that KYC and other documents, received from investors, are fully compliant
• Providing Quality Control oversight and maintaining Internal Control standards
• Assisting in improving department procedures and policies  

The successful candidate will possess:

• 2+ years’ experience from a Custodial, Funds Management or Stockbroking background
• Knowledge of Fund Services, Transfer Agency or related areas
• Analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent Client Service and Administrative skills
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
