As a Full-Time Member Service Officer you will be based in the Mt Gambier Branch. You will be an enthusiastic, driven, relationship focussed as well as being strong on sales and service. You will need excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail to ensure that you build strong sustainable relationships with members and staff.
The Right Person will demonstrate the following:
- The ability to provide excellent customer service in a retail branch environment;
- The ability to promote, refer and sell (cross selling) banking and insurance products to meet the needs of our members;
- Driven to meet and exceed service and sales KPIs;
- Engaging existing members with inbound and outbound calls;
- Compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines

Applicants with a strong background in service and sales as well as a driven attitude to perform, will be viewed favourably. A background in Financial Services areas, including finance industry, health insurance, general insurance or sales with sound computer skills will also be viewed favourably. Tier 2 FSRA and Tier 2 in General Insurance would be well regarded but not essential.
