The Company

A unique opportunity has come up with one of my clients who are Globally one of the largest Banking Organisations currently. They are looking for a Product Support Analyst with emphasis on their Analytical Data management skills to join their team on a permanent basis This is an Excellent Opportunity with one of the worlds leading Financial Services Institutions.

The Role

You will be reporting directly to the Senior Product Support manager where you will be responsible for helping with;

  • Work within the Product Support area to structure & standardise the management of the client information, understanding the full lifecycle from initial booking of deal and all associated elements to the final closure of the deal.
  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports combing client and deal information.
  • Work constructively with the Front Office businesses, Risk, Internal Control & Compliance, Settlements departments and other Support areas to achieve successful outcomes for the division.
  • Support the KYC process as required

Your Background

To be considered for the role you must have experience in a large Global Bank understanding corporate banking deposit/ loan admin procedure, full lifecycle of deal booking process in order to manage any other associated tasks. MOST IMPORTANT YOU MUST HAVE HIGHLY DEVELOPED VBA MODELLING/ ANALYTICAL SKILLS BEEN ABLE TO MANAGE AND INTERPRET DATA AS WELL AS USE TOOLS TO MANAGE DATA MAKING IT INTO MEANGFUL DETAIL. You must have worked across the Back office and be comfortable communicating effectively throughout the operations teams. You must have exceptional written and communication skills and positive attitude to delivering quality work in a timely manner.
