An Award winning National Financial Planning and accounting firm are seeking to appoint a Client Service Officer / Financial Planning Assistant based in Gold Coast.
The company is proud to be the mid-sized stable business and in the market for years.

The key requirements of this position will include:

Assisting advisers with client relationship management
Maintaining the integrity of the client database
Preparing quotes, implement advice documentation
Providing technical administrative support to advisers, associate advisors and the broader wealth team
Contributing to continuous process improvement
Liaising with product providers and other third parties
Ensuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documents
Assist with the identification of new client opportunities

The ideal candidate will possess:

Diploma of Financial Planning as a minimum
Experience as a CSO in a Financial Planning firm
Xplan experience preferred
The desire to grow their career in Financial Planning
