• $105,000 package + bonus + employee share plan
• Existing Client Portfolio with warm handover
• Newcastle CBD location

My client is an established Advice Practice with a presence in Newcastle & Sydney metro. They are licensed under Australia's largest independent financial planning dealergroup with an exemplary compliance record.

Due to the recent resignation of one of their long-standing advisers, a new Financial Adviser position has been created in their Newcastle office whereby the incumbent will take over an Active client portfolio, with full paraplanning, compliance and administration support. There will be a warm handover of the clients from the departing Adviser. 

Some of the key selling points include:

• Non-bank style environment with an emphasis on work/life balance 
• Be involved in a variety of strategies including direct shares, SMSF's, risk and superannuation, and structured products
• Manage your own portfolio of clients (circa 250 existing clients) with emphasis on new and existing relationships
• Established referral partners from a number of local Credit Unions
• Ongoing and paid education support (e.g. Masters, CFP etc.)  

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a client facing advice role, be degree qualified  with DFP & ADFP completed ( or near completed) and be open to studying towards the CFP.
