The Opportunity.
Joining an award winning and highly reputable mortgage broking firm to help create and establish the opportunity to work closely with various referral partners which include Accountants, Financial Planners and Real Estate agents. The broker will receive leads on a regular basis and a salary and generous incentives. The right candidate will have opportunities to grow volumes and be mentored by industry leading brokers.
What the role entails -
You will be in contact with existing referral partners weekly, who will be sending referrals through to the broker. The broker will engage with customers, focused on the client experience and going above and beyond at all times. Ongoing guidance and mentoring will be provided, you will be based in a modern office with a great team atmosphere where you can take your career to the next level.
We also want the right candidate who is confident to build referral partners by working along side our partnership manager and going out to see new referrers to establish and grow relationships.
The role is supported by an administration team to handle all the application lodgement until settlement so the broker can focus on new sales and relationship management.
What you will need for this role
To succeed in the exciting position you will have;
- Already be an active mortgage broker or lender at a bank.
- A high level of confidence and experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in writing residential and complex structure loans
As you will be working with a diverse range of clients, from first home buyers, investors and high net worth individuals. You will you be working in an energetic, challenging environment.
