The Role
Reporting to the Director, Business Analysis & Pricing, in this role, you will be responsible for delivering the Regional Financial Services Business Plan and meeting the financial objectives of the Financial Services products for the region. Along with your team, you will be at the forefront of innovation by helping to bring new financial solutions to market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Qualify Financial Services opportunities in the region
- Develop the commercial value proposition for Brightstar and potential customers
- Build commercial model while appropriately managing risk and reward
- Own and monitor the financial performance of deals across various countries
- Protect product margins and drive integrated product bundles
- Identify new commercial opportunities and open new customer segments and markets
Qualifications
- 2-4 years’ experience in Financial Services commercial management roles in a reputable financial institution
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Engineering (MBA desirable)
- Financial Services product structuring and commercial management experience
- Experience with cashflow modeling in Excel
- Exceptional financial acumen and negotiation skills
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Highly numerate and analytical
