Our client is a market leader in commercial property finance. They work closely with developers and commercial property investors and are considered experts in their field. They are known for offering market leading advice and providing access to a broad range of financing options. With offices across Australia they have a strong network and are very well-regarded.
  
The Opportunity

This role sits within the shared services team and has responsibility across the Origination and Funds Management Business. The Funds Management Business funds Equity, Senior and Mezzanine deals through their established investor base. The Originations business deals with funding in both the bank and non-bank space.
  
Tasks and Responsibilities

• Preparation for all transactions
• Oversee transactions end-to-end
• Management of all documentation including credit information, term sheets and similar
• Building an ongoing analysis of financial models
• Partnering with the origination team across the assessment and execution of all transactions
• Running side by side with Executive directors
• Relationship management; bank and non-bank lenders

The Ideal Candidate

Will have strong commercial acumen to present to internal/external stakeholders, coupled with the ability to write compelling cases and present ideas.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial credit analysis or valuations at either a commercial bank or finance company and are looking for your next challenge.
