Role Location: 100 Queen Street, Melbourne
Role Type: 5 month Fixed Term contract
This role is responsible for delivering world class service to our customers (primarily located in the Institutional and Corporate segments).
This is done by placing the customer at the centre of every interaction and transaction, by taking ownership of their enquiries and fulfilment related activities and by always continuously looking for ways in which the customer experience can be enhanced.
Responsibilities depending upon actual role may include part or all of the following: taking ownership of customer enquiries; servicing of customer enquiries; handling technical enquiries; undertaking fulfilment related activities; escalating enquiries where required; providing customer transaction insights; undertaking customer visits; customer product/channel training.
Service Specialists/Consultants require a 'can do' and proactive attitude so as to benefit the customer, our organisation and their team.
About You

- Experience in or desire to providing 'world class' service
- Confidently raises issues or concerns

- Demonstrated ability in managing time effectively and organising workload with the intent on meeting customer expectations
- Cash Servicing end to end processes and supported products, services and channels
- Detail oriented and quality focused
