This job requires a credit & customer service rock star, someone who has proven track record of delivering high calibre Customer Service and who is hungry to succeed. If you are new to Lending and don't have credit & customer service experiencing working for a Brokerage or Lender, please do not apply for this position.

Skills and experience

  • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer service experience.
  • An Energetic professional who is self-motivated, & confident with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, plan and complete multiple projects on-time while juggling priorities.
  • Experience in handling credit scenarios and loan packaging for the lender.
  • Dealing with customers to organise documents and keep them updated on the progress of their application through to settlement
  • Ability to maintain strong working relationship with our third party referral channels, lenders, solicitors, valuers alike
  • Flexible and adaptable to Change and Technology Advancements as part of business growth.
  • 2 years plus Industry experience
