A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for a large client account, partnering to deliver effective fleet management and delivering outstanding customer service.
 
Your Role

• Proactively manage the portfolio of clients allocated
• Identify client needs to offer additional products to help manage their fleet
• Introduce initiatives to the client that will add value to the relationship
• Oversee preparation of quotations and reporting
• Ensure that all day to day client enquiries are answered efficiently and within agreed timeframes
• Ensure fleet management delivery within the terms of the client's SLA

About You

• Solid Account Management experience, ideally with public sector exposure
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a small team
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Current, full drivers licence
