Your new company
Join an internationally recognised Bank who are committed to providing the best service and assistance to new and existing customers and businesses. Due to newly identified business needs the home lending team have a requirement for a Client Services Representative to work across their lending operations team.

Your new role
As a Client Services Representative within the Home Lending department, you will be working in a fast paced environment, providing excellent customer service and effectively managing high value client accounts. You will be working in lending operations, being trained across various teams to learn all aspects of the mortgage process.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will have a background in banking and financial services or a relevant degree in banking or finance. Characteristics you must possess include excellent customer service, strong communication skills and great attention to detail.
Graduates will be considered for this entry level role with working knowledge in retail, sales, contact centre or face to face customer service being preferred.

What you'll get in return
This is a ongoing temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent. This position will start your career and can lead into Relationship Management, Client Service Management or Back Office Analytical Operations. This role is an immediate start, offering $27.55/hr + Super. You will be working full time, Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
