Summary:
    
We are looking for an experienced Employee Benefits professional with solid Business Analyst expertise to work with the Project Manager and COO to deliver a project crucial to the delivery of Health and Benefits solutions to Aon clients in Australia. 

In this role you will work with the business to understand problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable Aon to achieve our goals. The position provides Business Analysis services such as working with the business to develop requirements, systems design, manage and facilitate testing and design change management programs.

You will be responsible for:
 

• Work closely with business SMEs to understand concept initiatives and develop business requirements 
• Co-ordinate with IT, systems design and development ensuring traceability and quality 
• Develop, manage and execute user acceptance test plans ensuring 
• Develop change management plans and materials for new processes and procedures, training guides and other relevant business changes
• Conduct training of internal and external teams to ensure effective use of new processes and systems
• Manage communications with project resources, external stakeholder such as vendors, IT and local business units. 
• Support project manager with analysis 
• Identify and highlight risks and issues to project manager 
• Undertake process analysis and design new business processes 

 
To be successful in this role you will display:
 

• Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within Employee Benefits
• Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives in large, complex organisations
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• The ability to present innovative solutions and think ‘outside the box’  
• Results driven mentality
• BA experience in agile environments and with Insurance industry would be ideal
