We are currently seeking a professional and driven Pricing and Rebates Coordinator to join our dedicated Finance team. This role requires a high quality approach to ensure continuous improvement of finance operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining timely pricing and rebate deal information for each business unit within the SAP system.
• Proactively reviewing and initiate updates to contract pricing, deals and rebates.
• Maintaining timely deal and pricing information for wholesalers in the SAP system.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders in sales and account management, finance, administration and other relevant parties to resolve pricing, deals and rebate, customer affiliates and categories queries and issues. .
• Maintaining rebate rates and reporting for the business.
• Product reports pricing rebate and deals information for the business

Key criteria for the role:

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and data conflict resolution skills
• Preferable experience in Promotions and Rebates analytics preferably with  FMGC / Pharma Wholesale Business
• 2-3 years experience in Finance/Accounting
• Strong MS Office Skills; Excel, Word and Outlook
• SAP experience is preferable
