About the business
With the head office based in North Parramatta, 21st Property Investments Pty Ltd specialises in constructing and selling house and land packages in South East Queensland. The business is experiencing significant growth looking for a Financial Planner to join the team.
About the role
As a Financial Planner with 21st Century Financial Planning you will be required to draw on your previous experience within the financial services industry to ensure that our clients receive advice that is tailored to suit their individual needs, and compliant with the current legislation.
You will be confident in conversing with sophisticated investors and to make a valued contribution to the collective output of the team, in servicing the needs of clients and activating referral networks.
You will be happy to work outside of normal working hours and conduct home visits.

Skills and experience
The successful candidate should have the following:
- Completed a degree in Commerce or Business, together with the Advanced or Diploma of Financial Services/Planning;
- Highly motivated to succeed, and exude energy and focus;
- Accumulated at least 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Advisor and are not facing prohibitive constraints in your existing arrangements – self-employed Financial Advisors are especially welcome to apply.
- A full drivers license
You need to be an experienced Financial Adviser with relevant qualifications including a background in SMSF and Direct equity advice, Risk and Super.
You will have demonstrated capability to provide highly technical advice and provided solutions for complex needs.
