A medium sized organisation is looking for a Compliance Manger to join their team on a permanent basis to help implement and drive the risk and compliance framework from a line two perspective.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join a reputable company that offers exciting work material, diversity of role accountability, flexible working hours, and growth opportunity. This is not your conventional Compliance manager role, there is a lot of greenfield to work with and the opportunity to really influence and make an impact on the company.
This role would suit someone coming from a financial services/ banking background that is interested in diving into something different.
What you need to be considered for this role
- Banking/ financial services background 5+ years in a compliance role
- Experience dealing with regulators and implementing a compliance framework
- Ability to influence
- Exposure to regulators and excellent understanding of local regulations
- Forward thinking, ability to think outside the box and create change within an organisation
- Sound background in risk and compliance, more recently compliance
