The Operations Solution Architect - Senior Manager translates client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Operate as a single point of contact or as part of a team (on large deals with multiple Solution Architects) accountable to the SA SPOC from initial qualification to deal closure and the transition to the delivery organization. This is some hands on, individual accountability role which requires sound concepts in design thinking, solution design and ability to draw synergies from complimentary solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand, translate and articulate client requirements into a business outcome driven solution
• Understand the overall opportunity, work with the Accenture consulting and strategy work streams to shape the overall construct and client proposition, Construct the solution, consolidate the offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimates
• Leverage standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offerings and collateral including Case Studies and Testimonials
• Collaborating as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer and other internal Accenture groups
• Design and lead client solution value articulation sessions and sales discussions
• Collaborate and direct where required relevant, Subject Matter Experts required during the sales process and the communication/collaboration with delivery organization(s)
• Interfacing with the delivery organization/s to ensure effective transition, shape services, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, determine appropriate service delivery locations and related cost to deliver
• Partner with Sales Lead to align final solution architecture (including statement of work, schedules and other contractual documents) with final terms and conditions
• Define cost elements, prepare cost model estimates in collaboration with the internal delivery and pricing team to shape and deliver the defined scope of services.

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications

• Minimum of 12+ years solution architecture, solution planning and cost to serve optimisation experience
• Prior experience in transformational outsourcing solutions including but not limited to Banking Back Office, Insurance, customer service and cross industry Finance & Accounting, HR, Procurement or Financial Services BPO solution design
• Proven experience/exposure to large, complex and as-a-service (aaS) deal constructs, robotic process design and implementation is highly sought after
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Consulting, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree (Business, Accounting/Finance related discipline)
• CPAor cost accountant qualifications (highly advantageous)
• Flexibility to travel
