The role
Based in North Sydney, the position of Client Relationship Associate is an essential element of the Shadforth Financial Group (SFG) service delivery strategy. The role is primarily responsible for providing professional and administrative support to Corporate Consultants and high quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing client correspondence – phone, website and email
- Provide the highest quality pro-active support for Corporate Consultants
- Perform centralised administration functions including XPLAN account opening, data entry/data integrity checking & client report preparation.
- Assist our Consultants with key projects; implementation of strategies; recording and tracking of client campaigns.
- Prepare correspondence and reports as directed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Other general administration duties when required.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Possess
- Demonstrable client service experience, preferably in the financial service sector.
- Previous XPLAN knowledge.
- An undergraduate degree in a finance or business related stream.
- RG 146 or currently working towards completion
- A pro-active and responsible approach to dealing with workflows and issues arising in the workplace
- Ability to develop and maintain personable client relationships.
- Ability to operate within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to multi-task.
