About the business
Australian Capital Land ("ACL"), is the wholly-owned investment arm of Beijing Capital Land in Australia. ACL primarily focuses on residential project investments, development, real estate finance and corporate finance. The Australian office is based in Sydney CBD.
About the role
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for:
- Real estate deals and transactions involving cashflow projection, financial management, underwriting investment models, and endorsing investment decisions
- Deal execution and due diligence with third party independent accountants and lawyers for tax and structuring, legal advice and documentation
- Deal sourcing and screening to solicit business partnership opportunities
- Capital raising includes fund raising for investment platform and corporate bond issuance
- Portfolio management involves setting up project companies, delivering business plans, managing project company's financials, and regular reporting.
Skills and experience
Relevant bachelor level qualification at a minimum,
CFA qualification required,
At least 10 years' experience in property investment,
Both Hong Kong and Australia Property Investment experience preferred,
First Tier Investment bank or Fund company experience preferred,
Mandarin and Cantonese language skills mandatory.
