About the role
Reporting to the Project Leader, in the role of Project Manager (Agile) you will be responsible for the effective planning and execution of major projects and business initiatives that form part of the overall transformation plan to agreed time, cost and quality measures for project planning and delivery.
You will be responsible for;
- End to end project management. This includes scheduling, planning, tracking of cost, time and quality.
- Project delivery and delivering project outcomes in agreed timeline
- Identifying risk and implementing a risk management plan
- Strong stakeholder engagement with senior managers and external vendors
What we are looking for:
- An experienced Project Manager (Agile) who has experience transitioning a team/function from a waterfall to agile environment
- Strong delivery software, complex data reporting, data and business intelligence analytics projects
- Experience in wholesale market, commodities and trading environment i.e. in Energy trading or Financial Services investment trading (essential)
- Demonstrated technical background i.e. data modelling
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Proactive and thrives on working in a busy and dynamic environment
