About the Company
We are currently partnered with a successful Wealth Management firm supporting them to identify the right talent to take on a client services role supporting their successful advisors.
About the Role
This role will suit a professional individual who is highly organised and has a passion for service along with an interest in the financial industry. Working closely with an experienced Client Services Manager, this team is responsible for on boarding clients and supporting clients with any financial information throughout the journey with the firm. Joining this successful professional team, you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to ad hoc requests from clients via phone and email.
- Setting up new client accounts including ongoing maintenance
- Maintain databases
- Liaising directly with insurance and superannuation providers on applications and account rollovers
- Partner with Senior Advisors and advisors to insure quality service, experience and documentation
- Responsible for liaising with client custodians on compliance and other issues as they arise
- General office administration
- Reception duties
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a financial services firm within a client services / support capacity
- Financial Markets experience is advantageous
- RG146 qualification is regarded highly
- Experience with reception and general office duties
- Strong attention to detail & high organisation skills
- Keen interest in the wealth management and advice space (understand the advisors needs)
- Highly professional approach, diligent focused and methodical
- Good communicator with a strong support focus
