In an ever changing compliance landscape, it is imperative that we have a comprehensive training framework in place. In order to achieve this, we are looking for Senior Manager, Compliance Training to join the Rabobank team to drive the uplift of our compliance capability across Australia and New Zealand.
This role will see you responsible for designing a compliance training framework, policy and standard. You will review and identify application training obligations, as well as develop an ongoing curriculum for financial services regulations. Furthermore, you will manage training controls and work with key stakeholders to execute a comprehensive communications plan.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in a compliance training capacity, ideally within the banking or financial services sector. You will have broad knowledge of compliance training obligations, an understanding of learning methodologies and the unique ability to interpret technical information and create engaging materials.
