Detail information about job Compliance Risk & Audit Specialist. Terms and conditions vacancy
- Placing people at the heart of banking
- We’re not like any other bank. We’re Bank of us.
- Permanent part-time (3 days per week) - Launceston or Hobart based
We’re not the new kid on the block, but we are the newest Tasmanian-owned customer owned bank.
To join our tribe as our new Compliance, Risk & Audit Specialist, your knowledge and experience in operational compliance and risk means you’re a superstar at keeping things under control.
You know a thing or two about governance systems, can plan, perform and report on audits and punch above your weight when it comes to driving an organisation’s risk awareness culture through monitoring, analysis and coaching.
What’s your number one aim in this role? Well, it’s to drive a risk and compliance awareness culture. And how’re you going to do that? You’ll be the go to person for all compliance and risk matters. You’ll work with all departments across Bank of us to embed the compliance, risk and internal audit programs, coaching our people on best practice, investigating incidents, administering systems and on top of that, you’ll make sure everything is in line with our overall Enterprise Risk Management strategy and external regulations.
Your proven experience in operational compliance, risk or similar roles will see you be outstanding in this role. If you get the gig, you’ll be based at our head office in Launceston, however if you call southern Tasmania home, this could work as well.
No experience, but think you have a knack for compliance, risk and audit? If we think you’re great, we may consider you for an administration role where we can guide and nurture your compliance and risk career (this would be on a full-time basis in Launceston).
Sound like you?
So, what are you waiting for? Flex those fingers, answer the selection criteria and start making this role your very own.
