A leading domestic bank is looking for Risk and Compliance Manager to join their high performing team to support and monitor processes to deliver efficient and effective operations risk and compliance outcomes. The interesting and varied role involved desk top and field audits, identifying and reporting on compliance breaches, and escalate risks and control weaknesses.
Key responsibilities:
• Conduct desk top and field audits
• Ensure there are adequate operational risk and compliance controls
• Manage incidents and identify and report on compliance breaches and support the business with ad hoc investigations and projects
Key requirements:
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in a risk/audit or compliance within financial services
• Working knowledge of NCCP compliance is advantageous
This is a permanent position based in a prime location in Sydney CBD.
