Volkswagen Financial Services Australia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen Financial Services AG in Braunschweig, Germany. Our primary object is to offer competitive finance and insurance products to over 150 retailers across Australia representing automotive brands. within the Volkswagen Group, including Volkswagen, Audi, ŠKODA and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
We are currently looking for a part time Settlements Officer to join our team on an initial fixed term contract for 12 months.
This role is offered on a part time basis working 6 hours a day, 2 days a week.
As Settlements Officer you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and processing incoming auto loan contracts accurately
- Identifying inconsistencies with customer documentation and information provided
- Liaising with Business Managers regarding their queries
- Communicating issues with settlement documents to dealers
- General administration duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Recently completed qualifications in Finance, alternatively, experience in the financial services or banking industry.
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- A motivation to learn
