Our specialist capabilities extend from salary packaging of motor vehicles through to fleet management and leasing of corporate fleets of passenger vehicles, light commercials, heavy commercials as well as various plant and equipment.


Within our exisitng customer base, we require a Fleet Manager to be responsible for pro-actively managing and reviewing an allocated portfolio of clients with commercial vehicles and equipment.  Opportunities to seek further organic growth whilst delivering outstanding customer service will play a pivitol role in your day to day duties. 
 
Your Role
  • Ensure that all day to day client enquiries are answered efficiently and within agreed timeframes;
  • Proactively support the Relationship Manager to manage the portfolio of clients allocated;
  • Capture all business potential of clients and maximise client renewal;
  • Assess and identify the client portfolio and provide additional products and services to maximise their efficiencies and requirements;
  • Introduce initiatives to the client that will add value to the relationship;
  • Prepare quotations within quote turnaround time; ensure follow through and recording;
  • Regularly review all customers and seek opportunities to maximise renewal business and organic growth.
About You
  • Experience in a similar, client facing role;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Prior experience in the Fleet Leasing/Management Industry or related industry preferred (such as a superannuation fund);
  • Strong client relationship skills;
  • Goal orientation with the ability to meet and exceed personal and operational targets;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel;
  • Sound knowledge of commercial vehicles and equipment will be well regarded;
  • A strong desire for a career in the Fleet Management industry.
