Our Client is a National Mutual Bank with a branch footprint across the country and head office based in the heart of the CBD. As a result of business changes and arrears demands, our Client is looking to recruit 2 consumer finance collectors with end to end experience to support driving down arrears. The contract will be for an initial 3month period with view to extension or converting to permanent should performance expectations be met and business requirements provide for this.
To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Possess 2years Australian B&F industry experience within a collections role
- Early cycle to late cycle experience across mortgages, credit cards and/or personal loans
- Superior verbal & written communication skills
- Proven influencing & negotiation skills
- A solutions and service approach
- Ability to identify financial hardship and process hardship applications
- Be a team player with a can do attitude
