Role Location: 100 Queen Street, Melbourne

Role Type: 5 month Fixed Term contract

The Billing Officer’s role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of monthly Billing targets, strong customer service, accurate execution of fee pattern implementation in billing systems for new product and new pricing schedule.

This role would include but not limited to:

• Manage and process daily work allocation in accordance with Bank policies/procedures and customer instructions
• Resolve and/or escalate general enquiries to Senior Officer or Manager in a timely manner and ensure closure of issue
• Understand and have a competence in the Business Continuity Plan for the team.
• Drive process improvements (incl. Quality Excellence initiatives)

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Background in Technology or Business Analyst is desirable
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good team player with emphasis on building collaborative relationships within the team and with stakeholders
• Proven ability to work efficiently and demonstrating attention to detail and follow through.
• Experience in using Advantage Fee and Tandem is preferred
